Remember the Pulp Fiction Infographic we posted a while back? The one that stepped you through the movie chronologically, putting the scenes in the right order to help you understand the movie a little better? (OK, a WHOLE lot better for most of you!) Now the creator of the Infographic, Noah Smith, has created a Kickstarter project to raise money to finance the printing of 24 X 36-inch posters of the infographic. I don't know about you, but I think that's pretty fucking cool.

Take a jump over to the Kickstarter site and check it out. And if you've got a spare $25 bucks laying around, throw it in the pot. It'll net you a cool poster, and the undying gratitude of a dude trying to do a cool thing.

Click to View Larger... Click to View Larger...We're taught from the first movie we ever watched that movies are edited to run in chronological order. That's just how it all works. But, not so fast motherfucker! Here comes Quentin Tarantino with his masterpiece "Pulp Fiction", and blows that shit right out of the water. So, for those of you who still haven't finally figured out how the pieces of the film all fit together, Miramax has been nice enough to publish an infographic that lays all the jumbled pieces out in, you guessed it, chronological order.

AIRPLANE! vs. Zero Hour! - The Side-by-Side Comparison PDF Print E-mail

AIRPLANE! - Click to View Larger... AIRPLANE! - Click to View Larger...I think most people have heard that the classic spoof AIRPLANE! was a comedic remake of the 1957 thriller Zero Hour! What I didn't know is that it was an almost scene-by-scene remake! I stumbled across this great video by "flipflomas" on YouTube, where the original and the spoof are played right after the other.

You'll be able to see in the video how AIRPLANE! used the Zero Hour! script almost word for word in some cases. Delivery is everything!

Thanks to flipflomas for putting this together.
